Three runes that appear on one of the Halloween decor items at Roo
Category Archives: Runes
Runes: Thirteen
I don’t like spoiling puzzles for others, so let me just mention that if you’ve been paying attention to what’s posted here, I’m pretty certain that we now have half of the alphabet. This is far, far more than any cryptographer needs in order to decipher a message!
Above: Gratuitous photo of Ysbryd, for no particular reason at all
Lore: Singing Stones
Above: The circle that appears when the stones are activated
Above: The messenger mroo (and message) that appears when the puzzle is solved
Above: A statue at Roo that on inspection is named “Meeroo orlex” [TP to statue]
Risen Rune
Just noticed that the big rune that was lying on the shop floor is now hovering over the Oracle’s head.
Runes: Dryad Arrival Platform
East
South
West
North
All pics were taken from the point of view of the Oracle, facing outward. The east and south runes add additional weight to my earlier speculation here. (Many thanks to Kristine Kristan for pointing out these dryad vendor runes!)
Roo Update
Rune numbers 1 and 2, the lowest around the shop entrance, are now missing; no idea if this is somehow significant. And the large rune pictured above has appeared next to a colourful fissure right next to the chests.
Runes: Book Stand
From the book on the “Meeroo Book Stand,” located here. Thanks to Xbaquiyalo Etchegaray for locating this and teleporting me over, and to Imagin Illyar for mentioning it on the forum.
By the way, have a close look at the first word! I think we have our first key, folks. Now all we need are some sentences to play with.
Runes: Preorder Gift
Closeups of the runes on the preorder gift necklace. Many thanks to Jackal Ennui for providing the source images.
